Considerably lighter than conventional ironing boards, fitted with a unique ironing surface - the Leifheit Air Board Medium Compact. Its special cover with Thermo-Reflect technology reflects steam and heat from the iron instead of allowing it to soak through the ironing surface.


Thanks to the double-sided ironing effect, the laundry is ironed both sides at the same time. This reduces ironing time by up to a third and laundry is visibly smoother. Opening and closing the the Air Board Medium Compact is easy as it is equipped with an ironing surface made from a special ultra-light plastic. This makes the Air Board M Compact lighter than any other conventional expanded metal ironing board.


The ironing surface is 120 x 38 cm and rests on a 35 mm thick, completely stable, tubular frame that can compensate on uneven floors. Height adjustable, the board can be raised to a maximum working height of 95 cm. It is equipped with a fixed solid iron rest, plug socket and a cable holder to stop power cables getting in the way of ironing. Thermo-reflect technology makes this ironing board ideal for use with standard irons and steam irons. Leifheit recommends its Air Steam Board Express range for use with steam iron generators.
