If I am not careful the point at the front of the iron can dig into what I am ironing. I have also found the iron can dribble. This happened again this week when I was ironing cotton pillow slips. I use a lot of cotton. I would prefer to be able to adjust the temperature. I’m wondering if the iron is hot enough for cotton.

I absolutely love this iron. It doesn’t have a heat setting which may not be useful for some people, but for patchwork it is great. Lovely shot of steam too. I took it to quilt retreat and all the group used and loved this iron. Glides beautifully, not heavy on the arm. It doesn’t have an automatic shut off, doesn’t take long to heat. It is a bit narrower at the point which makes it ergonomic.
