We have always been loyal Sunbeam customers and have regularly recommended their irons to friends and family. However, our experience with the Sunbeam ProSteam Swift Iron has been extremely disappointing. For an iron that allows you to select the appropriate temperature, we would expect it to iron clothes safely without scorching or burning the fabric. Unfortunately, this has not been our experience. We are so dissatisfied with this product that we now want to return it. We expected much better quality and performance from a brand we have trusted and recommended for so many years.

Iā€™ve always told my Daughters to buy sunbeam irons. Well I bought 2 of these irons one for me and my daughter. What a disappointment. The indent is horrible. It creases all corners of shirt collars and creases fabric Who ever invented this iron plate has never ever ironed. Sunbeam please feel free to send me 2 better ones.

Not a good buy, product failed

We bought this iron less than 6 months ago, at first it worked sort of ok, the steam switch needed to be turned off and on again with to get steam, but over the last 3 weeks it isn't letting steam out, even after switching steam switch on and off again. We have be using Sunbeam products in our household for over 50 years and this is the first time we have been disappointed. Will be seeking a refund from retailer.
