Not entirely happy

I've had the iron a few weeks now. It does a great job. However, as someone else stated occasionally the cord does catch on the swivel thing and makes it unstable , you have to check as you put it down on rest. The main issue is, that the steam function doesn't always automatically work when I switch it on or if it goes into cut off mode and I start it again. I have to press the steam button. I'm not sure if this is normal or not. Plus it stops steaming when there's still about 4 cm of water showing in the tank.. Little things but frustrating, I may return it or at least enquire

Extremely happy with my FreeStyle 3 Steam Iron. The steam function is the best I've ever used, no drips- perfection. Iron is light to use, glides beautifully and goes brilliantly between buttons and small areas where other irons could never iron. VERY happy I chose this.
