The Emile Henry Terrine and Press allows you to make your own vegetable or fish terrines, meat loaf or  country-style pat. Very easy to use, the terrine comes with a press to extract the fat. 

 Made from Emile Henry's own HR(High Resistance) ceramic, it diffuses the heat evenly to bring out the most subtle flavours of your ingredients. Resistant and sturdy, you can cut slices directly in it without scratching the enamel. Plus it can also be used under the grill, in the microwave, freezer or dishwasher. Made in France and guaranteed for 10 years.
