Cole & Mason is celebrating 100 years of great taste in 2019. Founded in London in 1919, the brand became synonymous with high quality, high performing salt and pepper mills soon after. • During the time of slavery in Jamaica, a group escaped into the mountains. They blended many spices and herbs to marinate and cook the wild game they hunted. This led to the invention of 'Jamaican jerk'. Nowadays, all of the ingredients we use are grown in Jamaica.

• Blended in the UK from various origins.
