VARIABLE SPEED CONTROL TURBO FUNCTION
Two function keys allow you to select up to nine speed levels for mixing, whipping and activating the Turbo function. The HMF01 hand mixer is ideal for preparing a variety of sweet and savoury dishes including creating bread doughs and perfect pastry.
THREE WHISK ATTACHMENTS
The hand mixer is equipped with three different types of stainless-steel whisks to guarantee the best results in food preparation. Two wire whisks, for more airy textures such as whipped cream, sauces or egg whites; two flat beaters, ideal for semi-hard doughs such as biscuits and cake bases and two dough hooks for creating beautiful homemade pizza bases or bread doughs.Β
