Miss Biscuit was founded over 10 years ago by Julia Day. Julia loved creating unique cookie designs and quickly found that people were wanting to learn how to pipe their own cookies with royal icing.

Starting out as a hobby and then home based businesses, Miss Biscuit has grown to two shopfronts in Camberwell and Yarraville, Melbourne, a large social media following and an extensive online store. With a passionate and knowledgeable team, Miss Biscuit offers high quality decorating classes and a diverse range of decorating supplies. Classes have been taught right across Australia as well as the UK, US, Middle East and Asia.
