It's actually the best pillow I've ever had so far! I saw some reviews saying this pillow is too hard even when it says soft, and I knew it'd be perfect for me since I had been looking for a firm support with relatively low height. This is the one. The best thing is of course it's adjustable. I tried all three at first but now I gladly settled with 2 and it really supports not only my neck and head but also upper shoulders. I love this big size too. So happy that I took a chance to buy this one. Thank you!

Was a great option for my grandmother that sleeps on her tummy and needed a very low pillow.

Adjusted for tummy sleeper

Quality adjustable pillow if you are struggling to find thin pillows this will do the job. I personally like to use 2 in a pillowcase and use the spare one still in it's protective cover in another pillowcase for two pillows. It loses 1 star for being a bit more firmer than I would like.
