- She straight away knew that her theme was going to be the Union Jack flag, and the hook had to be the JosNorma Jeane white rose. White roses have always held a special place in Jos heart; from being a little girl and smelling the roses in her family gardenFrida to working in the flower shops and seeing the Norma Jean white bucket rose for the first time, to white roses being in her wedding bouquet and receiving white roses every Friday night dinner from her son josh; roses have followed jo throughout her life
