Jo Loves Mango Thai Lime Parfum

Taking inspiration from Thailand, ripe golden mango is served with lime and black pepper to create an explosive combination of sweet, sharp, and zesty flavors.

The mango thai lime story:

One of jos favourite things is to sit, with her notebook and a glass of wine watching the world go by getting lost in her thoughts and allowing moments in time to inspire her.

On one occasion whilst in new york city, jo found herself watching a barman create and mix different cocktails, and she asked How many drinks can you make from a bottle of vodka? And he replied 100s. As she sat and watched the bartender; mixing cocktails, crushing mint leaves, and squeezing fruits she realized that watching him make cocktails was a similar process to how she made her fragrances. She loved seeing how a small note or ingredient could be crushed or cut to make the biggest difference to the finished product all from one basic shot.

Fast forward a few months to Jos first family holiday to Thailand, she had gone for a big 7-day wedding and they had two amazing ladies who looked after the villa that Jo and Josh were staying in and they would cook for them every day. Jos favorite part of the day was when they would bring out a huge plate of finely sliced mango on a bed of lime leaves with shaved lime sprinkled over the top. Mango is such a succulent fruit to eat, but is also such a succulent note to work with too you can manipulate it with what you add to it it can go very sweet and vanilla if you were to add honey but with the addition of lime, it pulls it over to the more citrus side.
