Directions for use: Lie down and make yourself comfortable and gently place your eye pillow across your closed eyes. Aromatic benefits will help to soothe and calm the nervous system. To use warm: Heat in the microwave for 20 seconds, then increments of 10 seconds until you reach desired temperature. Do not overheat.

Instructions: Trim the wick to 6mm before lighting. To extinguish the candle, blow gently on flame. Allow to cool before handling. Never burn for less than 1 hour or more than 3 hours at a time. Stop burn when 10mm of wax remains at the bottom. Avoid using in drafty areas, near an open window, air vent or fan. Always burn on a flat, heat resistant surface. Never use water to extinguish a burning candle.
