Truffle in its raw form is a power and it lingers when you add it to food it manipulates and changes the product. With red truffle 21 we didnt take the truffle and try to re-create this into a note we took the spirit of what truffle is and what it gives to food, and added this into fragrance it gives that gutsy power note that is becoming increasingly rare within the industry
