Developed for oily skin: Dr. Hauschka Clarifying Day Oil is a composition of medicinal plant extracts and six nourishing oils address the needs of oily skin by sending a signal to the skin to relax and slow down its own excessive oil production. It may seem counterintuitive to apply an oil to an oily skin, however, in accordance with the principle of 'like treats like' we have found this is the best way to relax and regulate oil production, for a balanced skin. 

Clarifying Day Oil is a fast absorbing daily moisturiser that balances excessive oiliness, refines the appearance of pores and reduces the appearance of blemishes for a calm, beautiful complexion.

Formulation:

Apricot kernel, almond and wheat germ oils balance the skins natural oil content, while anthyllis and provitamin A rich carrot extracts calm the skin. Neem, St. Johns wort and calendula extracts combine to visibly minimise redness and help maintain a healthy, radiant complexion.

How To Use:

• Each morning after cleansing and toning, warm around 2-3 drops in the palms of your hands and press evenly onto your the face.
• In the evening, we recommend using oil-free Night Serum which supports your skin through its nighttime regenerating and eliminating phase, so you wake to refreshed and revitalised skin.  

Beauty Tips:

• For combination skin (normal to dry cheeks, oily T-zone) we recommend Melissa Day Cream. For a combination skin prone to pimples we recommend Balancing Day Lotion.
• Dr. Hauschka Coverstick is your pimple product, apply the moment you see a pimple and re-apply regularly.
• For sensitive, reddened skin combine Rose Day Cream with Clarifying Day Oil for soothing protection against harsh weather.
• Whatever your skin condition, Clarifying Day Oil can be applied over your daytime skin care products to provide added protection against the cold.  
• May also be used as an 'oil serum' for any skin condition, rich in provitamin A wild carrot and vitamin E from wheat germ and other plant oils. Use sparingly and apply in winter over any other Dr. Hauschka Moisturiser to provide extra protection (and more great skin ingredients) against the cold.
