Features:
- Fit-and-flare silhouette. Intended to hit at the knee.
- US size 8 has a 43 body length. Dress length is taken from the center back of the neck and changes 0.5 between sizes.
- Split neckline with a button-and-loop closure at the center front of the neck. Concealed center back zipper with a hook-and-eye closure.
- Flutter sleeves.
- Threaded belt loops. Comes with a self-belt.
- Cascading ruffles at the left and right skirt side-seam. Fully lined except for the sleeves.
