Big and Bulky Delivery
Big and Bulky refers to the delivery of large merchandise items such as furniture, beds, large appliances and some large toys.
$65 delivery per Big and Bulky item.
7 –14 business days. Available in metropolitan areas only.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, comprising of Standard and Big & Bulky products, customers may incur delivery fees for each delivery type

GENERAL DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery is available within Australia only. International delivery is not available on Myer.com.au
Delivery is available in pre-defined delivery areas for all goods.
Signature on Delivery
In order to successfully deliver goods, Myer require signature on delivery unless an alternate service has been independently selected by the customer. If no-one is at the delivery address or there is limited access to the delivery address, a card will be left advising collection at your local Australia Post office.
For Big and Bulky deliveries, you must be available to accept delivery at the delivery address on the agreed date as agreed between you and the delivery agent. If you are not available and redelivery is required, a calling card will be left for you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery fees may apply.
You or a representative may be required to sign a delivery form to confirm acceptance of delivery. If you refuse to sign the delivery document, this will be taken as refusal to accept the delivery. Where redelivered is required due to refusal to accept delivery, you may be required to pay additional delivery fees.
Goods will be delivered to the address specified on the order. In instances where the delivery address is an office address, shared house or apartment, the delivery agent will make reasonable attempts to contact you however you agree that we may deliver to an individual at the delivery address and will be able to rely on that individuals instructions as if they were your own.
Upon checking out online, please review the product details to determine if larger items require self-assembly. Unpacking, assembly and installation fees are not included as part of your delivery fee.
Myer reserve the right to not deliver an order if it is believed that the address is not secure. If there are any issues with your order, a Myer representative will contact you.
Delivery insurance and express delivery are not currently available on Myer.com.au
Myer may dispatch a multi-item order from different locations at different times depending on stock availability. In the instance that Myer split a delivery, the customer will not be charged for any additional deliveries

Big and Bulky
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email and SMS confirmation. You can track your order within this email by selecting the Track my Order function to follow the progress of your delivery.
Tracking details may take some time to appear. Please check back later if this is the case.
From time to time we will need to dispatch your order from multiple locations, in which case you will receive an update email for each shipment and tracking numbers for each parcel for you to monitor the progress. Please note you do not incur any additional postal charges when your order is dispatched from multiple locations.
Only part of my order has been dispatched or delivered. Will I receive the rest of my order?
From time to time we may dispatch parts of your order from multiple locations due to stock availability.
If this occurs, you will receive your items in separate deliveries. Depending on where these deliveries are coming from, the delivery timeframes may also vary.
Please note on low stock items, we will be unable to fulfil your order. For more information, please refer to the full terms and conditions below.
Do I have to sign for my delivery?
Yes, Myer requires signature on delivery in order to successfully deliver your goods.
