Our No Regrets Returns Policy means shopping online with Myer has never been easier. You can choose to return or exchange any Myer online purchase via mail, or for free in any of the 60+ Myer store locations.

Returning/exchanging online purchases

  1. In a saleable condition
  2. Unworn or unused with tags attached and all relevant packaging sealed and intact
  3. Not on the excluded merchandise list
  4. Exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase

Please retain the tax invoice showing the purchase of this item—a copy of the tax invoice on your smart phone is sufficient.

Free in-store returns

Return or exchange any Myer online purchase for FREE at any one of the 60+ Myer store locations. Remember to take the relevant tax invoice as proof of purchase.

Returns by mail

If you would like to return your purchase by mail, please follow the simple steps below:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team via phone on 13 69 37 (13 MYER).
  2. Our Customer Service team will process this for you, and guide you on how to complete your return.
  3. Upon receipt by Myer, items will be promptly inspected to ensure the returned/exchanged criteria is met.
  4. If the criteria are met, your exchange/refund will be quickly processed.
  5. If there are any issues with meeting the criteria or otherwise, our Customer Service Team will be in contact without delay.

All returns by mail will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.

Faulty items

If the item received is faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team on 13 69 37 (13 MYER) or visit one of our store locations where a team member will assist you.
