My mixer was faulty out of the box – violent knocking in the base that pushed the bowl out and caused it to shut off. To use it, I had to stand there and hold it against the violent knocking. Could not knead dough. Could not make butter. Could not mix cake batter. Whisk did not fit. Performance (especially grating) was on par with my $100 Russel Hobbs processor. Not as advertised and not worth the price tag. Organised a return to Myer and they refuse to refund me, only send to repair. It is obvious I received a previously ‘repaired’ product. So I am effectively paying for a second hand product that does not work and I do not want. Will be escalating to consumer affairs. Zero stars if I could.
Mini bowl won’t mill flaxseeds

The grater ability is good. I was disappointed that it couldn’t mill seeds. It just pushed them to the edge of the bowl. When using the mini bowl there is sometimes overflow which goes into the two other bowls creating a lot of dishes.
