Say goodbye to time consuming food prep

Magimix is a very versatile food processor, comes with many attachments and I can use it for anything, cakes, smoothies, mincing herbs and spices and chopping vegetables. Saves me a ton of time in food prep, so very efficient. Only issue is the slicing attachment can often get caught on thicker vegetables like pumpkins and carrots so be sure to cut them up adequately. It's a good compact size and has excellent safety features

So Pleased with my Magimix. I had the previous one for 40 years, and just wanted the same reliability and flexibility I was used to. Its also solid. Some of the other brands are not! Did I say I was happy? So Happy!!!

Too complicated for my needs

I owned an early model Magimix which served me extremely well over 40 years, so of course I went to Magimix again. One of the early one's great strengths was its simplicity. The current one is way too complicated. The nesting bowls and nesting pushers are a stupid idea: when the smallest bowl is used, the larger two tend to get dirty as well. All three pushers must always be washed. I find even the simplest tasks require washing eight parts, which completely fills my small dishwasher, so I wash them by hand. I also struggle to find convenient storage for all the parts. I would not criticise the performance of the machine — I threw away a Kenwood to get this — but if you live with a small kitchen I would certainly think twice.
