I haven't actually worn these boots yet, but they are very comfortable. I bought them in black as well. It is very difficult to find real suede boots these days for under $400 so I was thrilled to find them on sale at half price. However, the back panel is not real suede. I guess it is designed that way to make pulling on easier because the zipper does not go all the way up (and to make them cheaper). However, I would have preferred them to be all suede (more classic and traditional) and for the zipper to go all the way. This does not really take away from the look. The material is very similar and the are elegant and the right height for me and for all day wear. I hope they will be comfortable all day. I went up a size so they were a bit looser if my foot swells during the day. Very glad I did.

Great boots

These are lovely boots.  I have sprayed them with scotch guard to protect them.   They look great with my dresses.  Very happy with my purchase.

Be warned, there isn't a huge amount of give in the material. I wear size 16(AU) in pants and the size 9 were too tight for my calves. I had to return.
