Great, except for long sourdough slices (that won't fit)

Keith — 4 out of 5 stars

Was really looking forward to getting one of these to toast my daily sourdough breakfast.... but the slices don't fit - the slot it too short for a typical round sourdough loaf slice (needs to be bout 20cm - it's only about 16cm). I've written to Breville about this so I really hope a v2 comes out with longer slots. When they do, I'll buy it in a heartbeat as everything else seems awesome

Reliably consistent

— 5 out of 5 stars

Reliably consistent and finally a toaster that makes toast that my husband and I both like! Not an easy task given that I like my toast that bit crunchier and browner whereas my husband likes his a little less so. Voila - the ‘a bit more’ function means we both start the day with smiley faces!! No matter our preference the toast is evenly toasted precisely as we both like.

EyeQ keeps an eye for you on toast

AllegroB — 5 out of 5 stars

Breville Eye Q keeps an eye on toast for you! Really does avoid burning your toast. Very happy with the purchase.
