Directions for use:
- Place your heat pillow in the microwave, ensuring the turntable is clean. Heat on high for 1 minute, turning halfway through to prevent hot spots. If further heating is required, repeat in 20-second increments until the desired temperature is reached. Do not heat for more than 2 minutes continuously. Not suitable for use in flatbed microwaves.
- To use as a cooling pillow, place in refrigerator until the desired temperature is reached.
