One headphone only works when noise cancelling and ambient sound are turned off. And, despite not having these settings on auto, they always switch themselves back on. I've tried contacting Sony a few times and they have not resolved the issue, and the headphones are now out of warranty. One good thing is the size. I did a lot of research prior to purchasing because I have small ears and most headphones pop out of my ears. These don't do that.

I have used these for 6 weeks and think I wasted my money. Battery drains within 3 hours. Charging case needs charging every two days. There is faint white noise when the buds are set to "Ambient Noise" via the app. Don't waste your money like me, look elsewhere.
