Enviro friendly bubbles

Pro's: Love that it's more environmentally friendly than the others, uses the glass bottles (was the only glass bottle option when I bought it), and works great, very happy with the bubbles. No messing around with screwing the bottles in place, it's hard to get wrong. Cons: need a tall counter top above as it lifts up to a very tall size. Only bottle size is 600ml. Believe a new model with glass bottles is out which allows for larger bottles and nicer looking.

I love the glass bottles. It took me a while to work out how to master using this machine without it leaking. Once I got the hang of it, it is brilliant! Highly recommend.

I’m having fun using soda stream again

This model of Soda Stream is just what I wanted. I don’t use plastic as much as possible so I was after the glass bottle model and this one is great. The only downside is you can’t see the bubbles being injected into the water but that’s only the kids wanting to see that. The flavours are ok but not as tasty as I remember as a kid. I find if you make the drink up and let the drink sit for quite a few hours it has time to mix better. Some people might find cleaning the inside of the steel section annoying and if you have kids they will most likely spill a lot of water into that lower section.
