Bought HD2151/62 and it has been a nightmare. Manual is useless. 18 settings surely deserve better explanation and details for first-time users! Tried cooking chicken dum briyani — a disaster with chicken half-cooked (even at auto-settings) and rice grainy. Tried manual settings but couldn’t figure out how to…useless manual…poor support. Regret buying this costly product.

This is an amazing product, but when I first used it, the pressure did not go up, then all of a sudden, there was a loud whistle noise! Why is there a loud whistle that did not come down until I had to press the open lid button... then it slowly quieted down, which means it was not cooking too. What is wrong with the cooker, and it seems scary!
