Simple tool, big difference

I wasn’t expecting a meat tenderizer to make such a noticeable difference, but this one really does. I’ve used it on chicken breasts and it made them much more even and tender with just a few firm taps. It’s comfortable to hold and feels well balanced, so it’s easy to control without feeling awkward or heavy. The textured side works well to tenderise thicker parts, while the flat side is great for flattening without damaging the meat. It definitely helped the chicken cook more evenly. It feels solid and well made, not flimsy like some kitchen tools. Simple, effective, and does exactly what it’s meant to — I’m glad I picked it up.
