This is my fourth auto coffee machine in the last ten years and I have to say this one is impressive. I moved from a better known top rated brand due to a lack of features and consistency with the brews. This Ninja weighs the beans several times when emptying from the hopper and this ensures an accurate and consistent puck size to match my selection. The brews are hot, the milk is frothy and most importantly the coffees taste great. My wife says that the flat whites, lattes and cappuccinos are up there with the best she has tasted. She now insists on filling up a travel mug each day when heading off to work and says these are better than all the coffee shop brews near her work. I buy a lot of takeaway coffees and have to agree, it's hard to beat what we have at home. We love the dual hopper bins and the ability to swap between different beans with no wastage. Having the measure lines inside the milk jug is helpful and heating and froth is always consistent. The whole process takes a little longer than my other machine but what's another 20 seconds when the brew is spot on every time!.
