High heels....but not really

I am such a fussy shoe person and hard to please. I have injuries to knee and hip and have arthritis in the ball joint of my feet. I wanted all black shoes that could be worn with a formal black dress as well as casual but most importantly, they needed to look like a high heel but weren't really. I had been looking for months and finally found these that fit the reequipments beautifully.
