We are happy with this processor however it has a fault with the shredder engaging which is annoying and means it will probably have to be returned for assessment and repair.

I waited far too long to buy this machine.

I contemplated this machine for over a year. Mentioned it to someone on my birthday by showing them this machine on the Myer website and was surprised to see Myer had a one day sale. The savings was well worth it so I purchased it there and then! I'm so in love with the Cook Expert. For me, it seems so easy to use and clean. It comes with a cookbook, but it's also easy to use Thermomix recipes with this machine with very little adjustments. If you're thinking of buying one, do it.

I've wanted a thermocooker for years, but just couldn't come at the thermomix, or others for a number of reasons. Then low and behold I noticed the good French people had solved all my problems :) I've had this little beauty for a few weeks, and AB-SO-LUTELY love it. It has streamlined my kitchen massively. Does most things as good as or better than some now obsolete kitchen equipment - bye bye vitamix blender, food processor, slow cooker, and as given me a new burst of inspiration as a busy single Mum who loves to cook from scratch. It was certainly an investment item.... but i got the cook expert on sale for $1999 + free cocotte, and I have NO regrets. I'll keep loving this baby for years to come I know.
