Excellent support post c section. I bought these in both XL and L but they are adjustable. Prior to pregnancy I was a size 12-14, post pregnancy a 14-16. I wore the XL two weeks post c section but it may have been a bit tight on my swelling before that. Once my swelling went down further (6 weeks) I started wearing the Large too. You can adjust the tightness using the bra style clips in the crotch area. The back support is excellent and these really helped my mobility post op. Definitely recommend but do check the brand's official size guide to help with your fit, using your current measurements rather than assuming your pre pregnancy size.

Itโ€™s not as firm as I hoped it would be, it actually pulls all my belly fat to the very front and makes me look super pregnant, but I can totally see this as a great postpartum support so I will keep it for my next pregnancy.
