The generous size and versatile shape of the Rectangular Cake Tin makes it indispensable. Perfect for making slab cakes, focaccia bread and gingerbread it is also ideal to use as a shallow roasting tin or for pasta bakes. The wide rim on the outside of the tin, featuring heat-resistant silicone inserts for added grip, makes lifting a full tin easier and safer, especially when taking to and from a hot oven.
Developed to resist sticking from higher sugar content baking, the non-stick coating is silicone-based, multi-layer, and manufactured free of PFOA.
