This pan is beautifully constructed. The pan heats well and heats evenly. It is well-balanced and has sufficient weight to stay still while you whisk a hot sauce. The shape is perfect for a whisk to reach all the contents of the pan. This is a pan that you can use for any purpose. The pan is solid and you feel assured that it will last for many years.
