Ledger Elastic issue

Hi, Ledger chino is great especially the tapered fit. The problem is the elastic in waist. I bought 34L trousers as my waist is 33 but 34L was the only closest option available. After few weeks of use, the ledger stretch chino elastic got lose and now the waist of that 34 long chino has become over 36 inch due to the elastic stretch. Now I have to pay extra for alteration to bring the waist back to 34. Positives: this tapered chino has good quality fabric used and color doesn't fade away. I suggest if you could make these ledger tapered Chino without the elastic. I know brando Chino is the option without elastic but Brando is ordinary straight fit not a good looking tapered like ledgers. Big people can be slim and tall too. But 32L isn't available. I suggest making 32L will provide more options for those having issues with elastic getting stretched wide and waist getting big. Thanks
