A calming blend of 100% pure essential oils which have been traditionally used in aromatherapy as sedatives for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with sleeplessness including mild insomnia, nervous tension, restlessness, stress, and mild anxiety.
Apply a small amount 15 minutes before preparing for sleep to temples, forehead, and back of neck, avoiding eye area or to wrist and inhale. Prior to use refer to leaflet for further information.
