How to use:
- Diffuser: add 6-9 drops in total to the water in your diffuser.
- Body massage: add 6 drops (0.2ml) to 1 tablespoon (15ml) of carrier oil and massage into chest or back. Use only as directed. Avoid contact with eyes.
- Application to skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight.
- Not recommended to use topically during pregnancy.
