Australian Sandalwood Harvest
Australian is the rarest of the Australian Sandalwoods as the tree must be at maturity for oil to be harvested, this can take up to 25 years. Our Sandalwood is wild harvested, which means the trees are not a part of a plantation but occur naturally in the landscape. Our oil is extracted from chips of the heartwood using a gentle steam distillation process to produce a rich, aromatic oil.
Australian Sandalwood Origin
Made from the heartwood of the native Australian tree (Santalum spicatum) our Australian Sandalwood has a smooth, woody and exotic aroma, providing a sense of calm and strength.
