The good thing about these is that they don't block external sounds, so while riding a bike you can still here the traffic behind you. Have used bone conduction as well but the sound is a bit better with these and they are cheaper. The connection between both sides also means that they don't fall off and get lost (have had problems with this in the past). The battery lasts well as I have not yet run out after more than 4 hours use.

Found these to be really comfy and lightweight. I love that I can put them on and listen to audiobooks while still keeping an ear out for my kids. I also run with them on and have no issues with them falling down. Great value for money
