I thought a high end product such as this, would deliver, but I’m disappointed in the pigment - it’s very washed out and I have to layer more than expected. The staying power is also average. I have found products worth half the price to be more effective.

I bought the 9 & 3 palette. I absolutely love this formula. Looks great on the eyes. It doesn't show texture on my eyelids. It's not too pigmented that I can't blend it out. So smooth. The 9 palette is the best neautral palette for me. The colors and tones are perfect. I would buy this formula over and over again. I'm neutral leaning slightly cool.

I fell for Givenchy Eye Palettes since purchasing the L/E 9.07 Holiday Palette which only had one matte shade. Yet the rest of the shades were simply stunning. I then went on a crusade to collect them all and this one, 9.09 is the last thus far. It's not overwhelmingly pink, yet contains a variety of shifty coloured shades. These palettes are meant for a more subdued look, yet you could build them up if wished. I had seen these palettes available for the longest time, yet it wasn't until I saw the 09.07 that I leapt in to try and so glad I did. I adore each and every palette which on their own can create so many beautiful looks. For those unsure, I would suggest checking them out in a store if possible first as they are not exactly cheap palettes. These palettes are wonderfully made for the more mature lid, but it does depend on where your taste runs. I'm so glad I'm done until the next is hopefully kept until Christmas time. It's been a journey!
