Needs fixing

Was fantastic when I bought it 6 months ago. Now it has stopped washing and it says it has finished both vacuum & wash cycle yet it has not. It needs to be returned but difficult with busy schedule. Filters etc all easy to clean.

I bought this a good few months ago and have used it only twice. It is a pain to clean out by following the instructions as markings are missing on the beakers. Second time same problem. Subsequent released instructions have remedied that. In operation Dirty water does not collect in the beaker and if you stop sweeping a puddle of water is left on the floor. There is no doubt that it cleans the floor though. I should now try it again with the new instructions.

I haven't owned mine for very long and it's gone in for repair already. It works fine for how it was advertised but I still prefer a regular mop to be honest.
