Lovely sandal - sizing too small.

I was excited to receive this lovely chocolate coloured sandal. The style is flattering on the foot and the leather is soft. Unfortunately the sizing is incorrect. They looked too small as soon as I took them out the box and they were too short in the length of the sole. I measured all my existing sandals which were the same length of sole, but this sandal is one centimeter shorter than a normal size 41 i.e. a whole size smaller than stated on the shoe. I had purchased another pair of shoes in the same order and those were a perfect fit. If you are considering these sandals size up one whole size.
