How to use
After using LE LIFT Crème Yeux and LE LIFT Srum, apply LE LIFT Crème de Nuit and perform complementary face exercises to alleviate tension night after night.
Before applying the Crème de Nuit: perform a soothing and calming yoga-inspired massage to relieve facial tension.
Lightly stretch the skin on the cheeks outwards using both hands. Then, smooth the forehead with one hand after the other, and finish with a circular motion on the temples. Repeat 3 times.
