I love these and use them daily. Comfortable to wear/use, great sound and not too big. Wish I had bought them sooner. Hold their charge well. Used it during our European holiday for audio guided tours -lightweight and take anywhere.

The BEST earbuds every

Good product but most of colour sold out. Very efficient and convenient to shopping online. Also have different stores can be visit.

After 3 weeks of usage, at a timeframe of 1 or 2 hours a week, the battery wont charge beyond 70% and is drained after 1 hour of use. Contacted Bose and apparently a known issue.  

They also don't fit very well which is manageable, I don't mind pushing them back in. Except the touch buttons on the earbuds is so sensitive every time you even brush the earbuds they stop what's playing or turn the volume up or down constantly. This cant be turned off and every fit adjustment you make turns the audio off.  So its constantly turning off as it requires a lot of adjustments to keep them in firm.

Bose support doesn't fit the "premium" brand they price their items at and this is the 3rd lot of earbuds that have had battery issues. There made to die after 2 years if your lucky and this time They didn't even last 3 weeks.  I have finally learnt my lesson and wont be coming back to the Bose brand again.
