Very much as expected, I wish I had gone slightly darker as a red head but it does the job. Would not normally pay that much for 1 small product, but I had a voucher which made it worth it.

Poor new formulation

I have used this product for years, and it used to be great. However, my latest purchase from the updated colour palette is really poor - the pencil is so hard it won't deliver any colour at all. Useless! Please bring back the old formula!
