Usage:

  • When you're all out of Perfectly Defined Long-Wear Brow Pencil, simply remove the empty cartridge and insert the refill
  • Start with the flat side of the pencil to shape and shade the head of the brow. Use the pencil's pointed tip to define the arch and tail with short, precise strokes. Polish it off by combing hairs into place with the attached spoolie
