Poor quality cut and stitching

I bought a second one of these in the hopes of returning the first as it was so poorly cut with seems crooked and gathers not evenly distributed, but when I went to take the first one back, I was not allowed to as it was a sale product so Iโm stuck with two very badly made tops . BLAQ is not a quality brand in my view after having purchased a few of their products.
