Beautiful but wrong fit for me

I usually wear size 8 or 10. For this blouse I tried both but it didn't fit me well around the chest and upper arms as it was narrow and tight. I loved the design and the fabric and how you can change the style by wrapping the straps or simply tie it. It would go with my pants or long skirts and it would look so elegant or classy. What shame that it didn't fit me well.
