There’s always some trepidation when ordering this kind of sock - will they show above the shoes I have and will they keep slipping off my heels? Happily, I’ve found these ones to be unobtrusive and, after a couple of washed at least, they’re still staying in place all day. Here’s a picture of me wearing them, although you’d never know. This colour makes good sense too when I’m wearing shoes that aren’t black (I bought black pairs for that, of course).
