Fantastic boots for cabin crew or any position requiring formal wear. I’ve been given many complements on this style, as they look similar to many of the RM Williams branded boots, yet they are a fraction of the price, and very much have an allure of their own. The boots come up with a brilliant sheen when polished and buffed, just needs to be handled with care. My only qualm would be the bootstrap/heel loop catching the hem of my trousers, especially for hems that sit just above the ankle bone. I would have liked to see the heel loop made out of a softer yet sturdy material like nylon, so it wouldn't catch the hem while walking. Otherwise a great product!
