Comfort and fit are excellent, VERY pleased with how quickly Myer was able to send them to me, and the in-store service as Miranda was great, the woman was super helpful in assisting me in getting hold of this product when it was found not to be on hand in store.
Narrow for a wide fit shoe

The quality is 5 stars but it's the fit that lets this product down. I'm normally a size 7.5 - 8, however always purchase a size 7 in the supersoft range because I have narrow feet. These shoes are meant to be for women with wide feet, so I purchased a size 7, as I do with the supersoft range, however I found them to be quite narrow. If you have a wide foot, these are definitely not for you. The cushioning is wonderful, but the leather isn't soft. It hurts around the heel area, as the leather isn't soft at all, and will take time to break into. Hopefully, being leather, they'll soften over time. The heel height is comfortable. I'm in two frames of mind about returning these and going for a 7 and a half as leather stretches.
