[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried both the liquid ones and the power but I definitely prefer the liquid. I have been using them for a couple of months now and can definitely see a difference in how strong my nails seem to be. I think it might take longer to see any results on my face/skin but they taste great and give me a boost at 3pm in work but on holiday I take them first thing to start my day. Small enough to pack to take with you.
